Please be advised that all items sold on this website have been designed and custom made from original artwork with the finest materials available and carefully inspected before shipping.

For these reasons, there are NO CASH REFUNDS and EVEN EXCHANGES ONLY in the event of a Manufacturer's defect, i.e. wrong size or color from what was ordered.  For an Exchange Authorization, please send an email with order # and photo of item and defect to ocacreate@yahoo.com
